Somatic conditioning for women ready to end daily tension and stress.

THE Approach

This isn’t yoga therapy or passive movement.

Rhythm Wellness integrates nervous system awareness into traditional fitness and strength-based movement.

Sessions are individualized and adaptive, using fitness as a tool to identify patterns of tension, bracing, or shutdown and retrain how your nervous system responds to challenge.

FEEL THE SHIFT- INSIDE & OUT

Real changes you’ll feel in your body, energy, and stress response.

  • Improve how your body responds to stress and physical demand
  • Feel calmer, steadier, and more regulated — during movement and at rest
  • Reduce chronic tension and bracing held in daily life
  • Build strength and movement that feel supportive, not depleting

ABOUT ME

I’m Megan — RN, SOMATIC CONDITIONING COACH, and founder of Rhythm Wellness.

I work with women in healthcare and leadership who feel stuck in stress patterns that live in their body — chronic tension, fatigue, or feeling “on edge” even when life looks fine on paper.

Many of the women I support are high-functioning and capable, but their nervous systems are overloaded. Rest doesn’t fully help. Traditional fitness feels like too much. Meditation feels inaccessible. They know something needs to change — they just don’t know where to start.

I’m a Registered Nurse, board-certified Nurse Coach, and certified Personal Trainer with a background in functional strength and athletic conditioning. I use fitness-based movement to help clients understand how their nervous system responds to stress, effort, and recovery — and how to regulate in real time.

Instead of separating stress management from movement, we train them together. The goal isn’t pushing harder or forcing calm — it’s building capacity, confidence, and trust in your body again.
